What should we do with US citizen terrorists?

The Boston bombing tragedy has opened a significant debate as to how to prosecute US citizens who engage in terrorism against their fellow countrymen – you and us.  All sides agree that these individuals should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.  Massachusetts does not have the death penalty while the Federal courts do.  Citizens have far more constitutional rights than do enemy combatants, who are tried in military tribunals.

How do you think we should handle these cases?  Do we want to have US citizens brought before military tribunals?
